1. What this site is
Operated by ClearRules Labs, this is a free data tool that restates the monthly U.S. Visa Bulletin and official fee, wage, and regulatory text into an answer you can apply to your own case. It is not a government site and is not affiliated with the State Department, USCIS, or DHS.
2. Accuracy
Every figure is transcribed from the official bulletin and stamped with the date it was checked. We do not warrant that the content is always accurate, complete, or current: bulletins get corrected, tables get restructured, and transcription can err. Tell us through the feedback page and we will check the source and fix it.
3. No predictions
We do not predict future cut-offs. Figures such as "how many periods" are mechanical: the gap between the current cut-off and your priority date divided by advance rates actually observed in the last 12 published bulletins. Cut-offs can stall or retrogress, so no range is a promise about waiting time.
4. Limits of the tools
- Lottery odds are a model range, not a per-person probability published by USCIS.
- Wage level results compare your figure against DOL prevailing-wage data; they are not an employer or attorney determination of prevailing wage.
- The EB-1A self-check mechanically scores the ten criteria in 8 CFR 204.5(h)(3); it does not assess the quality of your evidence.
- Chargeability follows country of birth, not nationality. Special rules such as spousal cross-chargeability are not modelled.
5. Permitted use
You may read, cite, and link to this site freely. The cut-off history dataset is published under CC BY 4.0 — reuse it with attribution. Not permitted: automated scraping at a volume that degrades access for others, impersonating this site, or repackaging its content as legal or immigration advice for sale.
6. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Any decision, loss, or delay arising from its use is the user's own responsibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
