About this site and our editorial policy
Data updated 2026-10-16 · Maintainer: Alyssa Xu (ClearRules Labs)
Who maintains this site
This site is maintained by Alyssa Xu of ClearRules Labs. Every cut-off value is transcribed cell by cell from the official State Department bulletin and cross-checked against the chart USCIS designates for the month; the date of that check is printed on the page.
This is not a government website and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the State Department, USCIS or DHS.
Where the data comes from
- Cut-off dates: U.S. Department of State — Visa Bulletin For October 2026
- Which chart applies this month: USCIS
- Every other source is listed on Method。
The site carries 13 consecutive bulletins (2025-10 through 2026-10), transcribed in full. The complete dataset is downloadable: visa-bulletin-history.csv (CC BY 4.0 — cite and reuse freely)
Verification cadence
- Current values are updated after each monthly bulletin (around the 8th–10th business day).
- Once USCIS publishes the chart for the month, the page is re-checked the same day and stamped with that date.
- Extra checks run around the fiscal-year switch (October 1) and the H-1B registration season (March).
What we do not do
- We do not predict. Any "N periods away" figure is arithmetic on published values, not a forecast.
- We give no legal advice and do not replace an attorney review of your case.
- We sell no data, take no paid placement, and carry no ad slots.
- No account and no email wall — every tool works on arrival.
