Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-19

The short version : No account, no login, and your priority date never leaves your browser. The only personal data we store is an email address you choose to submit, together with the category and country it refers to, so we can send a bulletin reminder. You can have it deleted at any time.

1. What we do not collect

2. What we do collect

2.1 Information you submit

2.2 Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 for traffic measurement: page views, referral channel, device type, approximate region, and tool progress (for example "the decoder produced a result"). This is aggregate data; it is not joined to an email address and is not used for personalisation.

Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can refuse it through your browser settings or Google opt-out tools; the site keeps working normally if you do.

3. Where the data lives and for how long

4. Who can see it

Only Alyssa Xu of ClearRules Labs can see submissions. The email list is never given to partners, advertisers, or any third party, except where a valid legal or regulatory request requires it — in which case we will tell you where the law allows.

5. Your rights

At any time you can ask us to:

Email admin@clearruleslabs.com with the address you used, and we will act within 30 days.

6. Children

This site is aimed at adult applicants and their families. It is not directed at children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. A change that broadens what we collect is announced prominently on the site.
