Movement over the last 12 periods
Evidence
What this does not tell you
- The bulletin tells you when your date may come up, not how long adjudication takes; the actual grant date also depends on I-140/I-485 processing.
- Dates can advance or retrogress (they retrogressed this month), so the gap is a static difference against the current cut-off, not a forecast of your wait.
- Chargeability follows country of birth, not nationality; cross-chargeability and similar special rules are not modelled here.
This is a mechanical conversion of a public bulletin and is not legal advice. Consult a licensed immigration attorney about your case.
Optional: tell me when the date moves
Leave an email and we will alert you when the bulletin updates. Skipping it changes nothing — subscribing never blocks your result.
We do not store your email; submitting opens your own mail client with a subscription request.
How this tool computes
It does not predict. It takes the cut-off for your category and country of birth from the current bulletin and compares it with your priority date. Earlier means you may move forward; later means we show the gap.
The "how many periods" figure divides that gap by the advance rate actually observed for your category and country over the last 12 periods (fastest → optimistic; median → pessimistic). Only published official values are used.
If you have already filed, Final Action Dates govern (you are waiting for approval). If not, adjustment of status follows the chart USCIS designates this month (Dates for Filing), and consular processing follows Final Action Dates.
